Pudding here GL and godspeed General

Vendetta follows a betrayed crime lord on a revenge plot against those that broke his trust. He has track the last of the group back to the mansion he used to own.

The game will be a top-down, 2D shooter, with run-and-gun gameplay testing the player's agility and reflex. #shooter #action #retro

Week 11 - New Demo and Weapon Switching!

A new demo has been released with redesigned levels! But now you can switch between your pistol and SMG! (1 and 2 on the top of the keyboard)

The Pistol does more damage, but the SMG has faster bullets. Remember!

Happy New Years and hope you had a good holiday!

I am back to continue developing this game and allow me to introduce the Capos! These lazy mobsters will not move at all but they will compensate with their submachine guns, with faster bullets!

Why did it take so long?

Well, there was originally 5 levels/rooms planned. But I just can't get an idea of the other 2 since I only have a barebone of the gameplay I want. It was also very long overdue of my initial deadline so I had to push it.

DEMO IS RELEASED!

I apologize for taking so long but it is here! It is a rough gameplay prototype demo consists of 3 levels, taking no longer than 3-5 minutes at most.

Week 9-10: Health System Test

Sorry for lack of progress last week, again, because of other project. But I've been testing the health system!

Although because of lack of sprite as of now, they turn into couch and lamp when they die.

Week 9: Enemy AI Tracking

Begun working on the enemy's AI today, quite successful. Will work on health system this week.

It's also the first time that I am productive in a single day. I'm learning!

Week 8: Ammo Counter and Pickup

To evoke the feel of FPS, you can pickup weapons by running into them. Although, there's a slight bug that if the player runs out of ammo and picks up a gun, they can't fire it.
