Usually people avoid files that small as it links to a third website that could be suspect, but in this case I gave it a try and its just a .exe file which doesn't run anything. I would advise as its looking for a Unity file you put the _data and all other files in a .rar and upload this. As it is no one can play it.
Also is this for Oculus Touch?
VR SAE is a Virtual Reality based game which allows the player to take control and take a tour of SAE while introducing gameplay elements during the tour.
