The default configuration screen is now 100% ready

I will add this game configuration screen when it starts by default in Windows 10 style

Decrypt.EXE is back on TAHS 1 (Only available in Home Mode) Well, it was a minigame created primarily for FNAA 1 2.0 and was scrapped due to how fast I was. But you guys have been waiting for this moment and what you guys have wanted.
