fixed languange problem with first start of the game
fixed error with continue button on first play
updated some graphics (Scoreboard / Invul. blinking / … )
added knockback when hit
added mouse support in slot select screen
added different attack patterns for boss fight

added debug menu
added cursor sprites
changed music & sfx volume on first gamestart
changed default key layout
changed shaders on - on default
code cleaning (More script and state based)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
