0.1.2 Released

Version 0.1.2 has been released.
Changes:

Added basic parallax scrolling (some clouds independent of background); added new cheat that allows hiding them (because I want people to test if they distract)
Small tweaks to drawing order
Autofire now allows you to stop firing by holding the fire key
Explosions now disappear when you restart the game
Improved window size changing: there is now a menu that allows toggling between 480x800, 480x640, 384x640, 480x480 and 288x480
Fixed an exploit that allowed shorter reload times (picking up ammo didn’t restart the reload timer); there is also a cheat for toggling this because the ammo bonus is so small (5) that it might be ok to not have to wait the whole reload time again
Reload time display (currently debug only)

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
