Hey, 0.12 version released of RetroCube, changes to the game are:
New Shield power-up added
New enemy added, the drone.
Added a high score table to display the top 3 scores.
Multiple bug fixes
Now i am going to try and add more level decoration, doors and different level sizes.
We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
Why walk when you can jump?
