So recently while I’ve been working mostly on enhancing user interface and fixing up the crappy mining system, I’ve also been working on what I call “Pilots”. Its pretty self explanatory, its basically your character in the game that is piloting a ship. However I want to expand this idea to where you can walk inside your ship or your base (Yes I’m adding base building). I also want to give them their own inventory, have them do repairs on your ship, and etc.

Overall this is the model I have so far for the pilot which is holding a place holder weapon. It still doesn’t have textures but I’m planning on adding things like that and wearable equipment later.

(Also remember this a top-down game)
