Now added a maximum to the MAXSPEED and REWARD
MAXSPEED gets removed from the buy menu if you reach the maximum level
REWARD gets removed from the buy menu if you reach the maximum level
If you purchased all the MAXSPEED and REWARD levels to their max, they will both get removed from the buy menu. Instead, you will receive more health upgrades.
