Another attempt at fixing things going outside of the map

Added enemy to level 3

Fixed heart reappearing upon re-entering completed elite rooms

Added cooldown to all equipment without a trigger time

Increased hp of a lot of enemies

Hives no longer spawn permanent summons

Level 2 boss no longer spawns permanent summons

Increased slot count of all equipment by 1

Fixed issue with knockback not knocking back for the intended value - might require more tweaking now that the correct values are going through

Fixed increaselifetime appearing with 0 bonus

Added level 3 boss

Added level 2 music
