Apparently when i reworked Phoenix i forgot to change the damage type of Flame Buffet, so it was dealing Physical Damage these past few patches.
I have finally fixed this and now it deals Spell Damage as intended.

Animation speed increased
(This change will also affect another skill called Shadowbomb, as the animation is shared)
Reflecting Prism:
Cost increased to 15% (Was going to be 10%)
Cooldown increased to 6 turns (Was 5)
Duration increased to 3 turns (Was 1)
Chance of Reflection reduced to 50% (Was 100%)
Description has been updated to make it more clear which types of damage are reflected
Resurgance:
Now returns an ally to life with 33% HP (Was 50%)
Heroic cost reduced to 1 (Was 2)

Tiny Cammy:
Tiny Cammy will now despawn after 5 turns to prevent game crashing upon ending a battle with her still alive.
ITEMS
The Eternal Reward now has a 7% chance per dagger to apply Curse (Was 5%)
Functionality of Curse has been reworked:
Now increases Shadow and Physical taken by the target by 200% for 3 turns (They still receive 50% less healing)
Bloodforged Shiv now counts as a dagger
Bleed chance per dagger reduced to 7% (Was 10%)
Added Bloodforged Gauntlet, which will take the place of the original Bloodforged Shiv
(Gauntlet also has 7% chance per gauntlet to Bleed)
Closing the Info Book now actually closes it
DUNGEONS/ENEMIES
Jellies no longer cast Reform at full health
Fixed a bug where leaving the cave in Ruins of Vynfall would still play a dripping sound effect
All enemies now scale based off the highest level character in the battle instead of the lowest (so no more cheating fights by having a low level)
Nerfed the HP of the following bosses:
Vyn the Blade Reaper
Gemstone of Earth
Ulen, Fallen Defender
Yetimus, Scourge of Articia
Yal’goth the Ender
Flamegorger
VISUAL/GAMEPLAY
