Charizard (The Flame Pokémon)

Its flames are hot enough to melt boulders, and can even intensify into blue flames if angered enough.

For some reason, Charizard also couldn't use its wings to fly in the early days of Kanto.

Charmander (The Lizard Pokémon)

A flame burns at the tip of Charmander's tail. This represents the Pokémon's general health. It burns brightly when the Pokémon is healthy and goes out once the Pokémon dies.

Bulbasaur (The Seed Pokémon)

A seed is planted on its back from the moment it is born. Scientists are unsure whether to classify this as a plant or an animal Pokémon.

(trying out drawing all original 151 Pokémon. this one is kinda bad, i'll admit)

Ivysaur (The Seed Pokémon)

When the flower on Ivysaur's back is ready to bloom, it gives off a distinct sweet-smelling amora. This Pokémon will also spend more time within sunlight to prepare to evolve into Venusaur.

Here's more incredible art that Jolters made for #GameJoltColors25!

Charmeleon (The Flame Pokémon)

Charmeleon can be found in rocky mountains seeking new opponents to fight. It can swing its tail around, allowing the temperature of its flame to rise to boiling hot levels.

(another bad drawing, i know)

Process of one of my Pikachu drawings. This is a perfect example of when I start losing myself in art land, but suddenly snap back to basics when I realize "Oh right, I have no time!" You'll see what I mean.

Venusaur (The Seed Pokémon)

Using the flower on its back, it's able to convert sunlight into energy. It is also believed that it hosts a gathering of Bulbasaur in a mysterious garden with the intention to help them evolve into Ivysaur.
