1.0.2 patch for SNwS recoded


-hopefully fixed Muto getting marked as done attacking after only shutting off the power on him twice

-hopefully my solution for the above bug also fixes muto waiting less for his cooldown period before attacking again

-the fade for Muto appearing in the office doesn't follow the frame anymore, which means it isn't stuck to the left of the screen lol

-the period of silence at the end of Tealer's music box has been cut out of the audio

-the punishment for letting the overusage fill up now caps at 7
