Post night 6 stuff:
-Golden Call takes longer to respawn
-fixed Cake Bear challenge not going away properly
-fixed randomizer being on in All in one
-power path now has 25% more battery
-in Observant freddy will always move from the character that needs to be watched, he also gets stalled while it's being dealt with
