Version 1.1.0 of Robot 98 has now been released as Undercreator 0.1.3 has indeed been released. It's not a big update mind you, but there are noticeable differences you'll find, here's a quick changelog.
The shop is now finally accessible and works, giving you a number of healing items to choose from.
Added two dialogue box props in two of the of the CORE rooms for some narrative flourish
The CORE button in the first room has now been changed from a tile to a prop and was moved lower to its original position in Undertale.
Added other Robot model props near Robot 98 mainly for decoration purposes you won't actually get to fight them in the future sadly.
Several attacks have been tweaked to be easier, more difficult, or look nicer.
Battle background was updated a bit to be properly centered and changed the coloring of the two towers.
