This is kind of a big one.
I've seen a of couple people experience the same kind of glitch, namely ProCrow and Chuzaura on YouTube. If the game's frame rate slows down, so does the entire game, except for the player that is. This causes cutscenes to be extremely slow and glitches like Noah running up against a wall for a while.
After changing some variables and rewriting some code, I now got the game to always run at the same consistent speed, regardless of the frame rate. Additionally the players slightly jittery movement is now smooth as butter and Vsync is enabled.
I REALLY hope that fixed the problem for everyone.
