I don't have a clue why it's happening for a very few amount of people
The only theory I have right now is that something goes wrong when trying to save the files changed to unlock the ending, which led to this patch that will simply bring the error screen if saving the game or its settings fail, with hopefully the writing error that causes problems
That might not be it. If no one who had problems with this report a new error raising then there's nothing I'll be able to do as this problem goes outside of my scope. And even if it does, again, the error could be related to something that is outside of my scope
While I hope it's not the case, if your PC's the one acting up for some reason, I won't be able to patch it
Also made the error traceback you can copy-paste to me better by making it copy the damn error itself too and fixed a typo
If you're concerned by everything I just said, please try again and see if it actually reports an error! (I'm sorry if it'll be a 15th time you fight Spamton in a row)
