Added a "Tree Quality" setting for changing back the v1.1 trees to v1.0 for people with lower end pc's
Added a "Hide People" setting to also increase FPS for people on low end pc's by not spawning AI in the Town

Backroom exit door not giving popup
Animatronics glitching trough office door (Has not been tested so might still happen, but collision has been improved)
