Added ranked mode
Players start with unranked. After they played one match they get bronze with half elo for win.
You need to gain 200 elo points to rank up, and when you lose a match at 0 elo points you rank down.
The highest rank is emerald.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
