1.2 Almost done

Hello another quick update here, I have worked most of the day to get achievements working and so that is one thing I can tick off the checklist for 1.2.

Now on another note I haven’t had time to get High score implemented, but it shouldn’t take me long to get it done (meaning the update should be released within 18 hours).

I also managed to fix the two bug that crashed the game because either the boss spawned and only player 2 was alive or player 1 died during a boss fight and player 2 was still alive.

Another bug I have fixed is where player 2 would get unlimited bursts and slowmo power-ups when player 1 was dead.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
