1.7.6 Patch notes


All versions

  • General

    • Patched a slight stutter when moving the player object in top left corners of obstacles.

  • File selection

    • Properly restored a feature where the background image of other frames would change based on the last area entered in a given save file; this feature was broken beforehand (bug found by @DrKoriacz );

    • Removed an unusual lag spike when clicking the 'yes' button when starting a new save file.

  • Party creation

    • Added back the original black and white border around the screen for non legacy mode.

  • Overworld

    • Patched a minor bug where enemies could still take damage while fading out;

    • Restored prize ball's original timing for actions;

    • Fixed a glitch where you could get a challenger while a moving boss touches the player, causing a complete mess (bug found by @DrKoriacz );

    • Fixed the faztokens counter disappearing after checking the map with legacy mode off in the halloween backstage;

    • Fixed some hud elements' visibility according to the current area or legacy mode;

    • Legacy mode now alters where special boss cutscenes play; after the boss in question finished dying, with the mode on, or right as his health reaches 0, with the mode off (the latter is how the FNaFWF handled these up until now);

    • Fixed a bug where the cursor would not return to FNaF World's custom cursor after entering the Scott fight (bug found by @DrKoriacz );

    • Debuff texts such as 'attack down' now have a delay between them, to allow for better visibility;

    • Fixed a bug where, by having the 'curse: status' chip equipped, not all enemies had their debuff texts shown (bug found by @DrKoriacz );

    • Patched a bug related to the player's animation direction being incorrect when trying to walk close to walls (bug found by @DrKoriacz );

    • Fixed a bug where some hud elements would still be invisible after defeating Scott (bug found by @DrKoriacz );

    • In Scott's area, patched a bug where the sun flare effect would not be visible;

    • The timing for battles to end with a boss has been slightly changed to better match the original game;

    • Fixed a bug where the confused effect on enemies would not disappear once they had died;

    • Patched Scott's battle sprite being visible in Fazbear Hills;

    • Fixed the map's unstuck system for Purplegeist.

  • Foxy.exe

    • Increased the cats' minimum distance to start charging;

    • Patched a bug where you could still get hit by the cats even under cover (bug found by @DrKoriacz ).

PC

  • Options

    • Added a 'force WASD' option (suggestion by @DrKoriacz ).
