Fixed errors.
Changed the way enemies capture the bases in Air Patrol mode. when the enemy troopers approach to the base, they will slowly lower the base's flag. If you kill the troopers before they raise their flag, you can recover the base.
Destroying enemy personel carriers in Air patrol mode will give you a small repair bonus.
Changed radar interface.
