Yesterday (March the 8th) has passed already a year since i've released the first demo of the game. Time went on really quickly! I remember how hyped i was when i was releasing it (despite dealing with a small issue that delayed by a few hours the actual release
). When i released that Demo i was working on the third Hour, and i was halfway through it.
As time went on tho, developing this game became more ambitious and full of ideas. And you can probably tell by the past posts. And that's another reason why the game will not release this year.
Despite this i still have hope to release the FULL GAME next year, probably in the middle of 2027. But for accurate informations it's better to stick with the development while it still goes.
I know i've already written this before, but i will appoint all the things i've done so far in this year and what it's missing.
WHAT HAS BEEN DONE:
-Hour 1-5 (exp. small easter eggs and fixes)
-Analysis proofs
-Secret pages (and rewrote some of them)
-New animatronic(s)
-New mechanic
-90% cutscenes done
-BASICALLY ALMOST ALL THE SIDE "A" of the gameplay (The main gameplay)
WHAT IS STILL MISSING:
-Hour 6 (close to being complete)
-Redraw the Analysis room
-Rewrite some parts of the lore
-Arrest section
-Ending(s)
-Small Easter Eggs
-SIDE "B" of the gameplay (which consist in investigating as Oscar on the suspects houses to research for traces/proofs)
-Sounds/ music in some parts.
If i could tell at what percentage is the game right now, i would say it's between 65-70%. There's still more to wait, but as soon i will be done with the main gameplay, probably the development with the side B could be quicker.
