It’s been 10 years, 10 years since Five Nights at Freddy’s 3 fan made, first made its debut on gamejolt, in the words of a character from one of the TRTF games,

I’m going to tell you a story, a story about a man, named Tyler Ahlstrom, on December 23rd’ 2014, he released “Five Nights at Freddy’s 3: Fan made” however, the game had issues, a stolen character by the name of Sugar, and people thought it was actually FNAF 3, so, Scott Cawthon, the creator of the Five Nights at Freddy’s series, contacted Tyler and gave him a choice, change the name of the game, or take it down, and so, The Return to Freddy’s was born,

Fast Forward to March 8th, 2015 and the second game of the saga released, The Return to Freddy’s 2, the character by the name of Sugar returned, along with some new faces.

A few more months after this, and in May of 2015, The Return to Freddy’s 3 released, new faces had appeared, a self insert by the name of “Lockjaw” and a snake named “Vigo”

Only a few days after this on May 19th, 2015, The Return to Freddy’s 4 released’ many consider this game to be the best out of the original saga, however, things go on a downward spiral from here.

Later in 2015, Tyler announced The Return to Freddy’s : Remastered, the Hybrids were created, and the game had several teaser games, however, Tyler decided to change the name to “The Return to Freddy’s : Rebooted” eventually however, he chose to make the game apart of the Saga and The Return to Freddy’s 5 was born, at first the game was still in clickteam, briefly moving to Unreal Engine, with a G.P.D and Adventure mode also planned to be added, the Abandoned Era ended, and the Unfinished era began, despite being called unfinished, it had the most work done, then, Tyler made the game free roam, and the Runtime era began, along with 2 other games “FRANKBURT’s” and “_RADSLA_” Tyler was told to stop working on the games by his therapist, and so, a man named Yin Kouio, worked on the games, this was revealed to be Tyler in disguise, eventually @ToonsterGames95 , and @TannerFeline , gained ownership of the saga, they split up due to disagreements, and Tyler gave ownership to @bioninjagames , he had the same plans as toonster, change the lore, FRANKBURT’s and _RADSLA_ were also cancelled during toonster’s ownership, Bioninja remodeled the tortured, however he received backlash, the addition of a character named “Torture Circus Baby” and the fact he wanted to change the lore, was not smiled upon, so he cancelled it, and Tyler ended the saga. Making the 4th game, the last official game until the original desolation released.

Fast forward to 2017, (which was the year TRTF 5, at the time known as TRTF V, was cancelled) and Tyler announced “The Return to Freddy’s: Chapter One” a complete reboot of the TRTF saga, however this was revealed to be a hoax, the FNAF crew wasn’t in the game at all, and the game was really called “The Road That Falls” a remake of desolation soon released, and we now await The Road That Falls
