Made the CRT filter in normal mode less strobing and more acurate to an actual CRT screen, Minnor Bug Fixes, The sleeves still dont work for the other players.

NEW GUI (and a showcase of the PC-88 color mode)
Im making a Arcade "spin-off" of the game, when its done, ill have info on how to make the cabinet and stuff so it is a real Arcade game.
