Things are progressing pretty smoothly at the halfway point.
Animations are being worked on by our artist, while I am plugging away at the menu system, which should be in a workable state by the end of the weekend.
Then the only thing remaining is making levels, music and sound, and polishing the whole thing. Should be doable in the remaining two weeks :)
