I upscaled the Special Ending background to fix a graphical glitch after beating the Moon Zone. Thanks for the help of SonicStation who is able to beat the game.

Also, https://gamejolt.com/@Ninesogabox has noticed a forgotten translation in the Chinese version of the game. This issue has been fixed.
