Really nothing, fixed a few bugs and if you go to the downright corner of the spawn and one block left, you can access 2 unfinished areas atm
You can also enter the game files to get some more, oh and the the castle town is removed so you better import your save file or your screwed. with getting anywhere (the 2 bosses in the secret rooms are HARDDDD)
