Water can wash off her costume of her victim and she can pretend to be that person until a certain amount of water is sprayed onto her.

His super ability is Spirit, he can use his spirit or spirits around him to use his ability. Everytime he uses his ability, his skin gets taken by the spirit and the spirit feeds and goes to heavens gate, but when it's his own skin nothing happens.
