Scattergun + Flying Gullitone

Don't need to talk much about the Scattergun, it's reliable, consistent, and has great burst damage. The Flying Gullitone, I love it. If you're good at aiming hitscan and projectiles with arcs, with this combo, you're practically unstoppable. Scattergun is just great for anything, and the Flying Gullitone pairs well with it and many other Scout primaries for the simple fact that it can counter one of the Scout's greatest weaknesses: Long ranges, The pistol can do chip damage, sure, but the Flying Gullitone is much better at ranges than it is, not only is it good at that, you can use it before a fight to have some extra damage dealt while meatshotting whoever you're fighting, however, this comes with a pretty big downside, while your better at long ranges, one of your biggest weaknesses, you're now even more vulnerable to your BIGGEST weakness... ugh... guess I have to say it's name...

Sentries.

Now you don't have a pistol, you can only use your scattergun against sentries, which isn't good considering that if you were against one, you're most likely to be far away chipping at it, this is easy with a pistol, but not with a Scattergun, sadly, the Flying Gullitone can't damage buildings, so you trade the ability to be better against one weakness in exchange for being weaker against another.

Shortstop + Crit-a-cola

Don't worry guys, I don't use this in normal play, I use it in the trade plaza map against enemy Snipers who suck at normal gameplay so they have to go to this horribly designed map and stay in the spawn area and kill people to feel good or farm stranges. Trust me, there will be a post about me complaining about Trade Plaza. This won't kill them, but will annoy them. Who needs Sniper when you have this combo? Plus with Scout's mobility, you can dodge their headshots, remember, if they're camping in the spawn, they will most likely suck, so just dodge by strafing and crouching randomly, but do NOT jump, some trade plaza servers crank up the gravity, while this is fun to play with, it makes you more vulnerable to being headshot, so don't jump. Seriously, don't. Stop jumping.

Soldier

Rocket Launcher / Black Box / Cow Mangler + Shotgun / Panic Attack

Panic attack for speed or point blank range, shotgun if it's from a bit of a distance, anyways, shoot a rocket, quickly switch to your shotgun, and fire when the rocket lands so it makes HUGE burst damage, especially with the cow mangler's charge shot, this is great and satisfying when you kill someone with it, in fact, comboing any rocket launcher with any shot gun is satisfying when someone dies from it.

Beggar's Bazooka + Gunboats

I love beggar's jumping, it gives me SO MUCH MOBILITY. Unfortunately, it hurts like hell, luckily, gunboats are here to save the day! If you can do a beggar's bazooka jump well, you become an insanely mobile insane damage dealing threat with your barrage. You can terrorize aimbots as well, being able to jump to their spawn, load up your rockets, do a looping taunt to watch around a corner to see if they're near, and UNLOAD YOUR ROCKETS UPON THEM THE WAY THEY FUCKING DESERVE!!!!!!! >:D

Pyro

Dragon's Fury + Gas Passer

I don't play with this set much, but when I do, it's amazing, they compliment each other so well! Just like the Scattergun and Flying Gullitone! The Dragon's Fury with high damage output and farthest flame thrower range allowing you to build up the passer and live, with the gas passer allowing you to help your teammates by doing a lil more damage instead of helping them live, and covering the Dragon's Fury's weakness of less effective spychecking. Also the Dragon's Fury covers up Pyro's other weakness, sentries, since it's the best for tackling sentry's if you don't wanna reflect rockets. Like the first scout set however, you lose out on something else, this time not being able to support teammates as well, so this is great as a DPS Pyro, just like Zesty Jesus (The salty ass) said, the Dragon's Fury makes Pyro less effective in Support and Defense, but excellent in Offense, and unlike the motha-fucking Phlog, it feels fair to the user and victims when it's used! It's a win win!

Degreaser + Panic Attack

Basically what Mr. Lazy said, Pyro's highest single target damage output. Plus the panic attack is just a good shotgun, Uncle Dane was the one who taught me that it does more damage with meatshots than the stock shotgun, so it's almost a direct upgrade, in exchange for less long ranged effectiveness, which is fine. Man, quite a few TFtubers mentioned in this Pyro section.

Demoman

Loose cannon + Tide Turner

Huge mobility, need I say more? The Loose Cannon is like a Beggar's Bazooka for Demo, Huge mobility, and big burst damage, in exchange for more damage done to yourself. Sadly Demo lost the WAR update, so he didn't get gunboats, but if we can't reduce the damage he takes, why don't we just increase his mobility? :> This is great to use as a hybrid knight, you can drop out into anywhere suddenly and either choose to double donk or melee your poor victim. I just love the Loose Cannon in general, double donks are just so fuckin satisfying. And it's great for crowd control if you don't have stickies. It's also good if you aren't a trimping master like my friend, @Larl_Le_Cupcake , you can still soar up to great heights and drop onto enemies killing em all.

Base Jumper + Sticky Launcher / Quickie Bomb Launcher / Scottish Resistance

I love carpet bombing and i'm proud of it :D

Heavy Weapons Guy

Shotgun / Family Business / Panic Attack + Killing Gloves of Boxing

Crit shotgun meatshots are fun. Specially the Panic Attack with the best meatshots to my knowledge in the game. Fat Scout is better than Scout btw, I fought a friend who 1v1'd me as Fat Scout while I went Scout, and they always won, i'm not kidding, I even tried my best to win. And I main Scout, so yea, Fat Scout is better, i'm just trying to stretch this as long as I can at this point, i'll stop tho. Btw use the Tomislav as Fat Scout as a "Pistol".

Buffalo Steak Sandvich + KGB

Boxer Heavy is very fun, did this in medival mode once, don't regret it. The Speed is so useful when using KGB since well, you're melee only, so you need speed to catch up with someone to make it work! These compliment each other well! But not by covering weaknesses, by boosting each other to their full potential.

Rescue Ranger + Wrangler

This is complete god tier in defense situations, and even better in MvM, rescue ranger unglues the Engie from his buildings (Still gotta go back to them from time to time, remember that) and the wrangler allows your sentry to tank and deal a truckload of damage from and to your enemies.

Vaccinator + Blutsauger

gonna be honest, I saw @ForgeTheFox's tierlist where he put vacc and blut in the second to bottom tier and it gave me the idea to this post. Anyways, I like the Vacc and Blutsauger combined, wait what? Battle Medic? No, I don't use it for that, Battle Medic, unlike Battle Engie, is a terrible way to play the class, at least battle engie has an actual gun. Anyways, I like doin this since the Vaccinator is more of a thing to make players more tankable then healing, least that's how I use it, so they take less damage, so I don't need to combine my medigun healing with crossbow shots to heal them, so if I don't need to heal them with burst heals, why not protect myself? Also even if I were to use the crossbow to heal someone from a range, 1. They can come to me if they want a heal, and 2. Why bother switching weapons when I can activate a charge to protect myself, walk over there, and heal them? Seriously.

Kritz Krieg + Overdose

Kritz Krieg, the only medigun with an uber that doesn't protect you, so what do you do when your pocket dies? Pull out your overdose and run like a wimp, proven results everytime! Also the Kritz Krieg has a 25% quicker uber rate, so you get that speed boost from the overdose quicker than stock. Nice since i'm a Scout main and I wanna go F A S T.

Sniper

Bazaar Bargain + Cozy Camper

A mini health dispenser is nice to have, also knock back helps you from those people knocking you into hazards, be careful tho, it makes it possible for a Force-a-Nature Scout to easily land 2 meatshots on you, which are fatal. Bazaar Bargain is just good to use if you're good, which i'm starting to become.

Le'tranger + Your Eternal Reward

Disguises cost the entire cloak meter with the YeR, right? So just equip a gun that rewards you with cloak on hit, these are also actually together in an item set, the Saharan Spy, so that's noice.

Enforcer + Your Eternal Reward again

Huh, for the first time, a weapon is reused in this list, and the last time, anyways, this is for if you hate an engie on the other team, use the YeR to kill them if they're not turtling to not get caught by the sentry, and enforcer to pierce the godforsaken wrangler shield.
