Still some time left for these polls to be officially over. But I'm not expecting any change. And it doesn't really matter anymore either for what's next thing to come.

And here's how the results are:

In 1st Poll:

13 people voted Lisa. Making Lisa the most voted.

And 9 people voted MARI.

In 2nd Poll:

11 people voted Lisa. Making Lisa the most voted. Again.

And 6 people voted Curly...

And finally, in 3rd Poll:

11 people voted Lisa again. Making Lisa the most voted yet again.

And only 4 people voted Madotsuki.

Soooo. What do I call this? Bias?

(Yep, this is gonna be a controversial post. Get ready.)

For that last poll on the "Best Protagonist", it's understandable even to me why people would choose Brad over the other characters.

But for these three polls? I really don't get it.

And let me disclose this one fact first. The main reason I even made these three polls particularly having Lisa in them was to check if the results would turn out the way I suspected. (I'm not sure if that was the plan when I made 1st Poll, but this definitely became the plan afterwards.)

And you know? The results turned out exactly the way I suspected.

Lisa fandom is pretty active here, that I confirmed from the "Best Protagonist" poll.

So this makes me question. Are Lisa fans really this biased? Or are they just really this ignorant about other characters?

Cuz let's take a look at 1st Poll to begin with.

Many chose Lisa as the better character over MARI. And I really don't get why.

Answer this, how much does Lisa The First give about Lisa? And compare it to how much OMORI gives about MARI through HEADSPACE and everything else.

And then, whose personality, character, and basically everything else appears to be better?

Legit it has to be MARI. Cuz when talking about Lisa here? Lisa The First barely gives anything about Lisa. Except when we are talking about the whole abuse and you know what implications but even then it doesn't compare to MARI when everthing else is compared.

And even if we ignore this one. What damnation fell upon the 2nd Poll?

The 2nd Poll turned out the worst out of all the three.

I'm like 90% sure that majority of the people who voted for Lisa here, know absolutely nothing about Cave Story. That is, most people blindly voted Lisa here...

Curly literally decided to sacrifice herself to save Quote. Suffered amnesia 2 times (not exactly a point in my opinion, but guess we'll mention anyway for a few reasons...). And was made for the sole reason to destroy the demon crown that could've been a serious threat if left in wrong hands.

How is Lisa, in any way, better than Curly at that point? I really wanna know how.

At some point. I got another idea in my mind. That is, many Lisa fans vote Lisa because they sympathize her for what happened to her.

And so by that in mind, I made the 3rd Poll.

And it's not even a surprise that barely anyone voted Madotsuki. Yume Nikki's so underrated, most people wouldn't even have known that time. Maybe now aswell. Maybe even someone reading this right now doesn't know about it.

Regardless, this kinda further proves the fandom's bias/ignorance. Cuz if we want to be real? Yume Nikki definitely has nearly the same lore as Lisa The First. And Madotsuki has, if not worse, suffered just as much as Lisa did. Yume Nikki has many similar implications that Lisa The First has and many more over that. So, what makes Lisa better here? When we're basically talking about two same species with same things to offer? I don't get that...

Now... Idk how many are gonna jump on me over this post.
