30 Day Dev

For now I’m gonna hold on to my current project, because I want to participate in the #30DayDev challenge. It’s something that can be useful to hon my skills as an indie dev.

For the engine I’m thinking of using construct2, and I could create basic and simple games. A guy once said at me, “just start with something simple”, and that got me thinking. I’ve been thinking and planning too much about my current project, forgetting that the more complicated game I try to make, the less possibility of it being completed.

Also, I’ve been following an indie dev who is currently participating in the #30DayDev challenge for some inspiration. He created quite a bunch of fun games in quite a short time. Check his profile at http://gamejolt.com/profile/liamtwose/360295/

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

Regular exercise is key for healthy wings.

Try it out!

A calm and quiet day.. Made surreal by the feeling of finding an elven building in the mountains, and wondering of its purpose and story. I built this elven style house and it was my first attempt at something like this, but what do you think?
