Security Puppet.
I changed a lot so I'm just gonna explain a few details and call it a day lol.
The bells around her neck are there to inform the employees when the puppet leaves her box so that they can try to help her.
The speaker is what she talks with (what a surprise).
Also she got safety tape stripes around her speaker since she is supposed to be the security.
