I mean, lets be real. To be honest, I have improved in some ways. Mentally, I have moved no where. Physically, we're making some progress.
Like I ain't gonna lie to y'all my mental health got worse since I posted this, like idk. They say to improve physically you have to improve mentally and ig that might be true. But srs.
I wish things could be better. I am trying. But I'm still anxious. Stressed. Worried. Can't let go of pain.
