Updated game UI to be textual: this is admittedly a step back, however the plan is to over-time re-introduce a graphical elements as well.
Added a new system for creating automatic outlines for maps, helping separate the playable world from the walls. This requires the /cache/ folder to work properly.
Raised contrast, changed graphics to reduce transparent objects in order to increase visibility, and performance.
Optimised some functions.
Disabled Vsync, which previously limited the performance of the game while providing no benefit.
Disabled the bouncing 'go' objects that moved enemies; This will be replaced with a pathing system in a future patch.
This game will likely see more patches in the future, as a lot of work is still needed to make this game functional. Most likely it'll see an itch.io release as well once I'm happy with it's state.
