Mindy walks down a dark alleyway in New York when she hears something behind her. She turns around to see Ghostface. She starts walking faster calling the cops quietly. Ghostface pulls out a knife and chases her and she starts running. She trips over an old mattress in the alley, which causes her to fall onto the ground. Ghostface grabs her arm from behind and swings his arm to the side turning her around. Her eyes widen in terror as he raises his knife above his head. He slams his knife deep into her chest and throws her to the side.

Ghostface walks up to Mindy's body and stops and tilts his head after he sees blood seeping out of her mouth. He stares at the blood dripping down her chin and then looks back at the knife sticking out of her chest. He reaches for the knife. He twists the blade and pulls out the knife while looking into Mindy's eyes. She shouldn't have gotten too far from her friends

"Who are you?"

Ghostface looks at Mindy and slits her throat. The air leaves her lungs as blood pours from her open wound, soaking through her shirt. As her heart slowly ceases beating, Ghostface takes off his mask and stares at Mindy in her final seconds.

The last thing Mindy says before death: "Stu?"

He stomps onto her head repeatedly, crushing it into a bloody mess. He runs out of the alley and fleeing the scene as sirens blare out in the distance.

We cut to the news where we see Gale Weathers talking about the recent Ghostface attack and when she reads Mindy's name she freezes. She continues the show, her voice trembling.

"Mindy Meeks has been found dead yesterday in an alleyway."

We cut to see Sam, Tara, and Chad watching the show, Sam and Tara upset, and Chad broken inside hearing the news about his sister's passing. Tara and Sam start trying to comfort Chad as he's crying.

Chad hears the door slam shut and looks up. Ghostface enters the room staring directly at Chad. Then Ghostface pulls out his knife. The lights dim as he moves closer to Chad, who is now terrified. He grips the edge of the table with both hands. As Ghostface approaches him, he reaches out and grabs the blade of the knife and holds it tightly, shoving the blade into his hand.

Ghostface stabs Chad in his arm, Chad removes Ghostface's mask . His mask comes off and we see that his face is covered in scars.

"Y-You're Stu Macher,"

Ghostface picks up his mask and puts it on and walks up to Chad. He pushes Chad onto the ground and Chad tries to kick Ghostface in the leg but Ghostface catches his leg and twists till Chad turns onto his stomach. Ghostface stabs him in the back severing his spine, paralyzing him. Ghostface finishes the job with 5 more stabs in the back. Then he leaves letting Chad bleed out.

Later

Sam runs down into the subway trying to get away from Ghostface. He chases her close behind, many are around but no one is helping, Sam ran for her life. She passes two old ladies who see Ghostface running after Sam and yell at him to stop. He ignores them as he continues running after Sam.

Sam enters the subway train where there are lots of people around. She thought she was safe. Then the door opens behind her. She turns around and sees Ghostface. The subway starts moving, and Sam quickly runs to the emergency brake and pulls it. As soon as the train stops everyone standing gets pushed to the ground, including Ghostface. Sam tries to run out onto the tracks but Ghostface grabs her arm and drags her back in. People have started worrying. They all stare in disbelief when they see Ghostface stab Sam in the side. Sam kicks Ghostface away from her.

"Somebody help me!"

Nobody listened, everyone stayed far from Ghostface. Then someone runs up and tackles Ghostface to the ground. But he had ran directly into his knife. He coughs up some blood onto Ghostface's mask. The man begins choking on his own blood, and then dies. Screaming in horror, a woman runs over to Sam and tries to help her off the tracks. Two men grab Ghostface by the arms and try to stop him. Ghostface kicks one of their knees causing them to lose grip. Ghostface quickly swings his fist into the other's face. He picks up his knife and one of the men tries to apprehend Ghostface but Ghostface stabs him in the eye and then his throat. The other man backs away from Ghostface before he can stab him. Ghostface runs out of the subway over to where Sam, who is still trying to get back to the terminal. She successfully makes it back and thanks the woman who helped her and she runs out of the terminal.

Ghostface makes it to the terminal and looks around for Sam. The woman tells the others around that Ghostface is a killer. Somebody charges at Ghostface with a switchblade ready to stab him. Then Ghostface grabs the man's arm and twists it causing him to drop the switchblade. Ghostface stabs him in the gut over and over staring at his face as he coughs up more and more blood with every stab. Ghostface sees the lights from another subway coming down the tracks and Ghostface throws him into the subway's way. As the subway hits the man it slowly stops. Ghostface walks into the subway car, which is already filled with people. We see that the passengers are all staring in shock as Ghostface stares at each one of them. A cop comes in from behind Ghostface and pulls out his gun. He aims at Ghostface. Ghostface turns around and pulls out his knife. The cop tries to shoot but Ghostface grabs his arm making him miss and hit someone else in the thigh. Ghostface stabs the cop multiple times in the gut and then slits a literal ear-to-ear smile on his face. Ghostface picks up the cop's gun and shoots someone in the head and another person in the stomach. He shoots 5 more people then realizes the gun's out of ammo. Someone comes up to him and tries to stop him but gets pistol whipped and stabbed in the forehead. Another subway car appears behind the subway car and Ghostface walks out.

The subway starts moving once again.

Ghostface exits the subway terminal and walks into the streets of New York. He keeps on walking until he finds himself in Times Square. A few people ask for a picture with him. He ignores them and just continues to walk.
