Many people have come up with this issue when playing the game. I looked up and apparently this is an issue that appears on devices with either corrupted or outdated graphics drivers.
So, a very low end pc issue.
Try updating the graphics drivers of you computer, or maybe update windows. You may also try to run the application as administrator, it could work.
This is issue is very likely to be a low end issue as I already said, when it comes to beta testing the only one encountering this issue was a member that had a very shitty graphics.
