I could see it being really cool if one ride vehicle was Sonic themed and one was Shadow themed. It could culminate in having to stop the Finalhazard (or the Death Egg or something else) from falling to Earth with a Super Sonic and Super Shadow team up.

A fun hook for a Sonic ride would be trying to get the Chaos Emeralds. (Imagine hurtling through various Zones while Sonic runs next to you.) It would be so cool if at the very end there were Super Sonic, Super Shadow, and Eggman animatronics! #SonicPark
