A Guide From ME, On How To Make A Frozen Animatronic...

It's Easy But Still.


  1. Pick The Character You Want And Put Them On Paint.net

  2. Go To Adjustments, Hue/Saturation

  3. Mess Arround With It A Bit Until Your Character Is Blue

  4. Go To Effects, Then Photo, Then Glow, And Add As Much Glow As You Want (I Recommend That You Don't Add Too Much Radius Or Brightness Just For Nice Effect)

  5. (Extra Step) To Spice It Up, Go To Effects, Photo, Then Sharpen, And Add As Much Sharpen As You Want!
