A little Health update: at Wednesday I believe, I went to a hospital to get changes on some of my meds, I have gotten 2 new pills, I have to slowly stop taking one of my meds cause I was taking them for about a year.

There, they sent a referral to the place where I got therapy so I could have a mental health test. It would probably take awhile until I get a call thing, because the state I live, Mental Health is not much of a number one pority for some reason. I may also start therapy again though. I do know I have something psychological, just unsure what. It is complicated to explain for me and I don't want to accidentally trigger something. I am just cautious like that.
