A commander of a perfect Icicle army, none better than him in training, preparing, and leading the army straight into battle, incredible battle prowess and battle IQ, and wont back down from any fight

A monster who disguises himself as the great commander, about 6’1 in his disguise, but in reality is an 10’2 lanky skinwalker… we’ve come to name him “The Icewalker” because of this… his disguise is the same as the commander’s, a fully blue camo military outfit with a blue military cap having a pin of a shield with two wings made of ice on the front of it (which is a symbol of courage and leadership).

Icicles are a race of ice fleshed people on a war ridden planet that i made up :3
