as time goes on I keep thinking about the game, I sadly don't have the files for it anymore (all I have is a unfinished sequel from 2020 and a remake from 2021).

originally the game was going to be more serious and not a massive shitpost, it was going to be a game where mario would have to travel from levels to kill bowser by shooting him in the head for killing his brother, the prototype name was "Mario: a hard depressed plumber" but at the time i felt like the game was way too bloody and serious (thinking about it, not really making the game at the time).

the game would've used Midi files instead of OGG or MP3 files, the game would probably be the darkest game I have ever made if I went with that idea.

i would share more but i feel like i would sound like a crazed killer on the loose (in reality, it was just 16 - 17 year old me having edgy ideas after finding out about that one event i don't want to share about).

one day i might make a spin-off to it, maybe a little bonus in the new mario lost brother game??? who knows really (probably only me because i barely do anything with my games).
