So I (S.P.L Studios) am sure that you guys have heard of the Ben Amjed and PointClick Productions drama. Ben supposedly hacked the PointClick Productions account. The proof is there. Ben was supposedly fired or he quit from PointClick. See, PointClick did the thing where you share the account info with the team members. This has its pros. Those being you can help write/edit devlogs, and you can make changes to gamepages and such. But of course, everything has its cons. The main con being that if you hire a team member, they will know the account details. They can use them info against the remaining Team Members. They can hack the account. Now, Google has a thing where it asks if you want to save account details. Ben here clearly said yes. This means he could hack into the account and trash it.

So please, if you have a unified account for a development team, only give the account info to those you trust. Or heres a better idea (which is what we do). Don't give the account info to the team entirely! I decided to not give the account details of this account after Nicolanapa tried to trash the Blackbear Studios GC after he didn't accept being fired. Its better safe than sorry.
