Added Functionality to the state manual, though there's only one page in it.
Another unprompted fight against some random guy.
Nice looking tables/desks.
A fleamarket with no vendors.

---Fixes, Buffs, And Nerfs---

I can't remember If there was anything to fix in the last version.
Chive has received some nerfs.
- Weapon damage boost has been reduced.
- Overall HP has been reduced.
- Overall damage has been reduced.

Bernie got some buffs...I think?
- Too lazy to remember any of them

Still no original battle tracks. : (

Been doing a lot of nothing lately, but that doesn't mean I haven't made anything new for Placeholder. It's mostly just been failed attempts at characters though, 'cept this guy and some others.
