a neat idea i had, not sure if i may have the time or expertise to implement things correctly

this is purely an incomplete mockup

for context, the system C2 hardware is derived from the mega drive, only having a slightly faster main cpu, Z80 removed, its own PCM chip, and a new color encoder, its technically possible to port MD games there, some adjustments to the main code would need to be done to support the new hardware however
