Note: The previous build has lower cost and it's really easy to abuse Giorno's Symbol of Life move that gives you both Physical and Spirit counter. So I nerfed it to be more costly.

To answer some questions, Youtube exists in 2001 because of an anomaly happening that caused the technology to be half a decade advance. Also Mista likes McDonalds and Narancia is an epic gamer whatever. I just like using Narancia for this announcement.
