A Not-so Big Update


Hey everyone!

It's been a while since a full detailed devlog has been posted, and this is still no exception. Given the game is very small and whimsical, there hasn't been a reason to make one.


Since the last update, the Metal Knuckles attack sequence has been completely remade to fit his personality better. Now more violent and heartless, just as the Doc ordered. I have done my first passthrough of the game and its optional challenge menu, all of which is pretty much playable aside from the missing ending cutscene, which Quetzal has been cooking.

We're taking our time since this is just a fangame; not overhyping it or setting high expectations because that would be too silly for a light-hearted game.

But what can you expect anyway?

  • Challenge presets, but no custom night.

  • A special character that can appear completely randomly, but is important.

  • About over an hour of gameplay. (Without deaths)

  • A single ending.

  • Dynamic title screen depending on specific accomplishments being met.

  • A surface-level story made with love to certain characters in the Sonic franchise.

  • A new character added for more fun in a later night.

Right now we're focused on getting the ending finished, preparing for testing, and then we will have a release date sometime after. Not a big devlog or anything to write home about, but it is better to be transparent over being needlessly cryptic. That's not to say we're not keeping secrets, we have a few surprises.

No big news to share on any projects today, aside from the appearance of this special Halloween-themed character.

The requested new scrolling patch has been added. Been on a break for a while, hence the lack of updates on my end.

The cursor object has now been found dead in the Bronx.

Barry the Quokka will return as "Security guard" in ‘AVENGERS: DOOMSDAY’

Small update since it's been too long. Our VA for Dr. Eggman has been fairly busy as of late, so we're waiting on a couple lines from them, and some small art pieces for minor story. Other than that, we're basically done development-wise.

Can't believe Fusion got an early build. It's like he's some kind of zGamer!

Made a couple stylised versions of the original Jolly and George from the 2nd game.

End of Year Update (+ Updates on other Bunny Team projects)

Never shared the full render of that fella from the Halloween Bunny Man image, so here's 'Friend', or 'Mudpie', as Zeriq called him once.

Remodelled Jolly and George from Jolly 2 (Once again) but now more in-line with updating their legacy models from the game.
