Since it’s upload, a grand total of 9 people have have downloaded and played Victor Victorious. Now, that doesn’t exactly make yours truly the next Bioware or Volition. However, even though I’m the exact definition of a hobbyist developer, I still try to take the process, er, slightly seriously.
As such, if any of you reading this are one of the handful of people who played the game, I’d like to know what you thought. As some of you know, Victor Victorious is intended to be the first game in a fairly sprawling series, so knowing what people liked and didn’t like; if people experienced any glitches or bugs that I wasn’t aware; all that kind of thing… well, it helps improve future games.
Are there any enemy types that were a chronic embuggerance and you really don’t want to see make a come back? Any that you’d like to see again? Any worlds you’d like to see return or critiques of the difficulty curve/control scheme? Seriously, fellas and lassies: there’s plenty I’m doing to fine-tune and improve the sequels already, but there may be stuff that just hasn’t registered on my radar and now’s as a good a time as any to mention it.
