So there was this construction site for a new house next to my house, and it said it will be finished by about December 2020, and it isn't done. You might say "Oh, well that's just cuz they are still working on it! Just wait a bit more!" They literally only demolished the previous house, they haven't done any building, and nothing says it's been an abandoned project.
