Basically, I was doing the conga as spy and while doing it there was a second pair of arms following me around. By the time I clicked the screenshot the game started (was playing class wars)
Blue: The arms that were my loadout's arm
Red: The extra arms
I put two pictures, one indicating the arms, and the other without them in case its hard to see
