1.2.0 has been released bringing a slew of bugfixes, alongside some surprise additions and a few smaller gameplay changes. I won't spoil what's new quite - you'll have to see for yourself. Full changelog coming soon.
Save files from 1.0-1.1 are not directly compatible, however the game will try to transfer everything it can over from your current playthrough. As the original save system does not track previous clears, you may need to beat the game again to unlock some of the new additions. Apologies.
EDIT: Changelog below. Spoilers for content already present in 1.0/1.1 are unmarked.
Additions
Added a save migration screen, using the "Let's set up the game!" heading from earlier versions' First Run screen.
Added a disclaimer screen on first run.
Added Trophies. There are four that can be unlocked at the moment.
Added Replay Mode.
Replay Mode acts as a night select, allowing you to replay any night (including Pirate Caverns) without affecting your save file.
Unlocked by beating Night 5 on any route. Both variants of Night 6 must individually be beat in order to unlock them in the menu.
The "O" key cheat from previous versions no longer functions outside of this mode.
The True Ending variant of Night 6 skips straight to 3 AM, the start of Low Power/Nightmare.
Added Night 7. This night serves the role of a traditional sixth night by being a more difficult version of Night 5.
Upon entering the Floor 3 elevator, a developer's note is now displayed.
Restored the option to reset save data in the Extras menu, with the function now integrated into the Save Migration screen.
Changes
General
Night 6 is now part of standard progression.
Pure Oswald is now known as Classic Oswald.
Impure Minnie is now known simply as Photo-Negative Minnie.
The infamous (and now broken) You Are An Idiot easter egg has been removed and replaced with a simpler error message. The old easter egg's implementation at the time used Internet Explorer's webview control and posed an actual security risk.
The Maximize button is now used to enter fullscreen instead of [TAB], and exiting it is done by the regular Windows minimize keyboard shortcut (❖+↓).
Slightly improved overall audio mixing. Many sounds have been made quieter.
Gameplay
New scrolling routine. Scrolling should now be consistent across all parts of the game.
The credits now play for all endings.
Replaced certain jumpscare sounds with edited versions that were intended to be used in 1.1.
Added the cutscene before the Jeff the Killer minigame - first part based on NS:ADI's implementation of AnArt's original FMV, second recreated from ADIJTK.
Main Nights
Shutting off the power will no longer interrupt phone calls.
Shade Face's speed has been reduced even further.
Disembodied and Daisy now only trigger movement blips if you're actively viewing Cam 3 and Cam 8, respectively.
Reduced the quack volume.
Nerfed Suicide Mouse's kill timer. (7s > 11s. Prev. 2s faster than PNM Left, PNM Right and Oswald, now 2s slower)
Slester can no longer move when the power's out - he didn't have a jumpscare.
Photo-Negative Minnie can no longer make footsteps (she shouldn't be able to anyway).
Undying is no longer immune to hiding - it now gives a 50/50 chance of survival, as is the case with all other lethal Suits sans PN Minnie and Slester.
Shutting off a camera now works on Classic Oswald once he reaches the Meat Freezer.
Due to a bug fix, God appears significantly less frequently.
True Ending:
Willy will no longer irreversibly override your True Ending if he enters the office.
Slightly changed method of befriending Ace, and added an alternative method.
Pirate Caverns
The Face and Undying now talk.
Previously-unused lines for The Face have been implemented as a result.
Added a message at the top of screens where Overhead View can be used.
Changed the sound for moving backwards in Floors 1 and 3.
Changed the Floor 2 ambiance.
Nightmare/Low Power and True Mickey Phantasm
True Mickey now uses his 1.0.X Undertale "Bullet Rain" attack again in Low Power.
Sped up True Mickey's Bullet Rain pattern in the phase between Nightmare and the final battle.
The Bullet Rain attack has also been restored during the main part of the final battle itself.
Phantasm Mickey's laser and slash attacks can no longer destroy the Attack and Save buttons.
Adjusted spawn rate for the Save button.
Finale no longer kicks in until Phantasm Mickey is below 200 health.
Merged the two variants of the True Ending credits.
Phantasm Mickey no longer picks the same attack twice.
Altered a frame of Phantasm Mickey's animation.
Menus
The warning screen is now skippable and the fade sequence can now be interrupted.
Updated main menu credits.
Night loading does not begin until you've pressed a key first, giving you as much time to read the tips as necessary.
The ENDgame option on the title screen now activates immediately.
Navigation in the Extras menus has been improved.
Removed scrapped characters and jumpscares from the Extras.
God is now listed normally in the Extras, and viewing her no longer alters your save file.
Added missing Extras jumpscares.
The main menu loading screen is now used more frequently, instead of just when exiting the Extras menu.
Removed the "You're Dead" screen, as it no longer serves a use.
The rare death screen now replaces the Game Over screen, instead of playing after it.
The credits have been rewritten and significantly expanded, adding a large amount of missing credits to (hopefully) everyone that contributed to 1.0.2 and most that worked on 1.1.
Aesthetic/Sound
The game now uses nearest neighbor scaling for better appearance on 1080p/4K displays - note that shimmering may occur at other resolutions (e.g. 1440p).
Removed Local Forecast. The Extras menu now shares the same music track as the title screen, as was the case in earlier beta releases.
Shade Face's animation has been re-rendered with more in-between frames.
Cleaned up the monitor animations.
Sped up Oswald's jumpscare slightly.
Changed a certain line in the NoVHS variant of the Good Ending.
Removed Photo-Negative Mickey's True Ending text dialogue added in 1.0.2 Mobile and 1.1, and restored the old text from 1.0.X.
The Steamboat Willie whistle only plays when viewing Cam 5.
Technical
Significant improvements to performance, memory utilization and load times thanks to both manual optimizations and updates to the Clickteam Fusion runtime (2.5 R286.6 → 2.5+ R294.14).
The game no longer requires Administrator privileges. This requirement was part of a failed attempt at fixing an issue, and proved to be useless, unnecessary, and even harmful due to the aforementioned implementation of the You Are An Idiot easter egg. I would like to sincerely apologize for this former requirement.
As a side effect, the game's sound once again functions on certain computers without needing to force a lower execution level.
Most game elements are no longer tied to the framerate.
Ultimate Fullscreen is no longer used.
Many large audio files have been compressed to save space.
The save system has been completely overhauled to both allow for the new additions and improve overall performance.
Bug Fixes
A large number of fixes went undocumented during development, particularly ones made prior to the original game's delisting. I've noted as many as I can below:
You can no longer access negative or otherwise invalid nights through a modified save file.
Hiding once again works on Photo-Negative Mickey, after having been broken since the late prerelease days.
Photo-Negative Mickey can no longer teleport out of inactivity.
Disembodied and Daisy can once again go away on their own.
The Face can no longer trigger movement blips.
The Face can no longer be slowed down while Cam 10 is shut off.
Fixed a few cases where enemies' textures appeared to be partially cut off in the office.
Fixed a rare bug that could cause camera static to completely break.
Fixed numerous inconsistencies in The Face's Caverns exposure recovery, including a case where two of his add/subtract events were reversed.
Holding the flashlight button in Pirate Caverns will no longer break certain elements in rooms where the flashlight cannot be used. The part of the loading screen tip that handwaved this bug has been removed.
The scroll position in Pirate Caverns is now properly retained between floors.
A large amount of issues involving Classic Oswald's Meat Freezer running animation and jumpscare have been fixed.
Undying's office animation has been edited to match the brightness and coloration of the other office frames. It still uses his original FNATI design, though. Classic Oswald's jumpscare has been left unaltered.
The game's global volume is no longer lowered during the True Mickey fight (I have no clue how that happened)
(From 0.4) Corrected Daisy's corrupted quacks/alarm.
(From 0.4) God only tries to appear on the first frame the monitor is lowered, instead of every frame.
(From 1.0) Fixed many remaining instances of the Treasure Island sign.
(From 1.0) Fixed a movement bug on Floor 3.
(From 1.0) The clock is no longer active on Floor 3.
(From 1.0) The flag checking if Suicide Mouse and Willy should be befriended is now reset properly.
(From 1.0) It's now possible to befriend Undying without save file modification, making the True Mickey ending legitimately obtainable.
(From 1.0) Undying now uses the correct jumpscare sound in Pirate Caverns.
(From 1.0) Pressing the hide button will no longer interrupt Corruptus's jumpscares.
(From 1.1) The opening cinematic plays again.
(From 1.1) Fixed being unable to honk Photo-Negative Mickey's nose on the main menu.
(From 1.1) Corrected an outdated voice line in the post-Night 2 cutscene.
(From 1.1) Fixed Acephalous not leaving the office when intended.
(From 1.1) Characters in the Extras menu will now only display once the night in which they appear has been cleared. Prior to 1.1, they appeared in the Extras starting on the nights in which they appear.
(From 1.1) Nightmare and the "in-between" phase now use animated attacks consistent with the updated final boss.
(From 1.1) The True Ending text now displays properly.
(From 1.1) Fixed Hopes and Dreams not playing.
Many, MANY other minor fixes.
Known Issues
God's leg is still cut off in her Office render.
The main power out render still uses the Treasure Island sign.
There is no in-game way to reset save data from the error screen.
Exiting fullscreen mode is unintuitive (❖+↓).
The Developer Note shown when beginning the True Mickey route has a glaring typo.
...the rest (incuding the text) has been left unaltered.
